Defiance Street, Archbold, Ohio 43502, has filed an application with the Federal Deposit Insur-ance Corporation for permis-sion to establish a branch in Butler County, at 335 South College Avenue, Suite A, Ox-ford, OH 45056. Any person wishing to com-ment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Di-rector of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Regional Office, (300 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1700, Chicago, Illinois 60606), within 15 days of this publi-cation. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the Division of Financial Institutions and are available for public in-spection during regular busi-ness hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon re-quest. A schedule of charges for such can be obtained from the F.D.I.C.
