There are citizens in our nation working to remove the Bible and its author from all segments of our American society.  In 1962 and 1963, the highest court in the land declared school-sponsored prayer and Bible reading unconstitutional.  Last year the California legislature attempted to pass a bill that would have prohibited using the Bible for Christian counseling.
