9:02 am: Hit-skip crash, S. Defiance St. at E. Mechanic St., stop sign damaged.

11:50 am: Hit-skip crash, East Gardens.

1:22 pm: Suspicious person, 200 block Short-Buehrer Rd., painted face in long coat walking in roadway, subject walking home, gave a ride.

1:47 pm: Subject banging on door, no one there, East Gardens.

1:51 pm: Loud noise complaint, East Gardens, advised.

11:28 am: Suicide attempt, 100 block Quail Run.

2:12 pm: Large piece of plywood in northbound lane, 1800 block S. Defiance St.

2:17 pm: 911 hang-up, RiSun Enterprises, all okay.

3:34 pm: Threats/harassment, happened in county, turned over to FCSD.

9 pm: Traffic jam or road blocked, 1500 block S. Defiance St.

10:37 pm: Citation to John Downey, 29, Archbold, driving through flashing red traffic signal, N. Clyde’s Way at E. Lutz Rd.

11:07 pm: Citations to Taylor Wilcoxon, 20, Wauseon, and Patrick Genot, 57, Fayette, disobeying traffic signal, N. Clyde’s Way at E. Lutz Rd.

11:35 pm: Woman wanted ride to Defiance from Colony Meadows, explained police could not do that.

Nov. 2

8:16 am: Citation to Melinda Felder, 39, Fayette, disobeying traffic signal, S. Defiance St. at Stryker St.

Note: During the preceding week, Archbold police issued verbal warnings for no front license plate, peeling, driving with a headlight out, failure to use turn signal, no brake lights, no taillights, no plate lights, no registration, following too closely, and speeding.
