MONDAY: chicken a la king, mashed potatoes, steamed carrots, biscuits.

TUESDAY: cheeseburger or vegetable soup, roast beef sandwich, kidney bean salad, mandarin oranges.

WEDNESDAY: baked ham or pork roast, sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli, dark sweet cherries.

THURSDAY: cabbage rolls, mashed potatoes, cook’s choice vegetable, apple slices w/dip.

FRIDAY: breaded chicken strips, hash brown casserole, brussels sprouts, fruit cocktail, cookies.
