“Winning the league and going 7-0 is a nice way to end the season and a great way for our seniors to end their home careers,” said Brian Ziegler, AHS head coach.

“This was a nice team win, but the seniors stepped up big tonight with all three (Alyssa Ziegler, Kierstyn Repp, and Morgan Miller) in double figures.”

Miller led the Streaks with 16 points. Repp finished with 14 and Ziegler had 10.

Archbold led 34-29 at the half and 50-41 after three.

Delta’s Maddie Mattimore led all scorers, with 23 points, including four threepointers.

The Panthers (11-10, 3-4 NWOAL) won the rebounding battle 21-15, but committed 25 turnovers to 10 for Archbold.
