In the first game against Wauseon, Brandon Miller pitched a 3-0 one-hit shutout.

Sam Petersen, Nick Rodriguez, Cash Gericke, and Gabe Petersen each hit a double.

In the nightcap, Findlay defeated Archbold 8-2.

Archbold led 2-0 going into the bottom of the fourth inning, when Findlay scored three runs, followed by five in the sixth.

S. Petersen was the losing pitcher. In four innings he allowed two hits and struck out one.

S. Petersen led Archbold at the plate with a single and a double.

Ian Radabaugh, Eli Miller, Brandon Miller, and Rodriguez all singled.

Archbold plays Friday, July 4, in the state tournament at St. Henry High School.
