Cut Ribbon For New Fairlawn Neighborhood

Fairlawn Haven officials and many others were on hand, Sunday, March 16, to cut the ribbon to ceremonially open the new Rupp Rehabilitation Neighborhood, a $3.5-million, 12-room rehabilitation center. The Bill and Melinda Rupp Foundation was the lead donor for the project, which also saw renovation of space in the original Fairlawn building.
