Alexander Alencastro, 29, Fox Chase, received citations for failure to register a dog and allowing a dog to run at large after the dog allegedly bit a woman.

Kami Pierce, no age or address available, told officers on Tuesday, March 27, that Alencastro’s dog, a two-yearold pug, bit her on the back of the right leg.

The police report notes Pierce suffered a minor abrasion, with the top layer of skin torn.

Officers told Alencastro the dog had to be quarantined for 10 days, based on instructions from the dog warden.
