Sound Insulation Installed At Pettisville

Steve Switzer, Superintendent of the Pettisville School District, said the installation of additional sound insulation in the new school building is, “for the most part,” complete.

The goal of the project was to stop sound from carrying between classrooms in the new school building. Work on the project was performed over the Christmas break.

The problem was discovered soon after classes started in the new building.

“With school back in session, we will now determine the effectiveness of the fix,” Switzer said.
