Local Woman In Car-Pickup Crash

Patricia A. Kewitz-Cousino, 61, Archbold, was involved in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of US20A and Co. Rd. 25-2 about 6:28 pm, Monday, Oct. 24.

The Fulton County Sheriff Department report states Kewitz-Cousino was driving a car north on the county road, and stopped for the stop sign at the intersection with US20A.

A pickup truck, driven by Zachary D. Lucas, 27, West Unity, was traveling west on the highway.

The Cousino car drove into the intersection, and they collided.

The report states Lucas gave Cousino his information, and then left the accident scene.

No citations or injuries.

A car-deer mishap occurred at 8:40 pm, Saturday, Oct. 22, on US20A about a tenth of a mile west of St. Rt. 66, a FCSD report states.

Linda Lou Wood-Stanek, 69, Hudson, Mich., was driving a car west on the highway with passengers Gertrude Kaiser, 90, Camden, Mich., and Geraldine Landon, 72, rural Alvordton, when they hit a deer.

No injuries.

Joseph E. Renn, 51, rural Archbold, was driving a car west on Co. Rd. J, about twotenths of a mile east of St. Rt. 66, and hit a deer about 6:06 am, Friday, Oct. 21.

No injury.
