8:35 am: Found driver license, 900 block S. Defiance St., contacted Montpelier police, asked them to make contact with owner.

2 pm: Peace keep, Colony Meadows, advised to contact attorney.

3:50 pm: Theft of clothing, East Gardens, resolved.

8:12 pm: Arrested Cynthia Holifield, Archbold, on warrant, transported to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio. June 18

6:02 am: Lost property, Farmers & Merchants State Bank automatic teller machine.

8:17 am: Drive-off, Circle K, subject returned and paid.

4:40 pm: Arrested Christy Hoyt, Archbold, on warrant, transported to CCNO.

7:44 pm: Unruly juvenile, advised youth to be nice. June 19

1:23 am: Loud music, 100 block Flory Ln., advised to turn it down.

8:23 am: Vandalism to vehicle, 100 block Christine Dr. June 20

12:10 am: Theft of garden ornaments, 602 Pleasant St.

3 pm: Loose dog, 300 block S. Lincoln St., chained dog to back yard.

4:06 pm: Drive-off, Circle K, subject returned and paid.

5:13 pm: Skateboarding down hill, N. Clyde’s Way, advised to stop. June 21

3:42 pm: Found wallet, East Gardens, returned to owner. June 22

11:30 am: 911 hang-up, 300 block Vine St., unfounded. June 24

8:18 am: Representative of Farmers & Merchants State Bank reported a white fence along the south side driveup teller lane was struck by vehicle sometime between 5 pm, June 23, and 7:30 am, June 24. The eastern four feet of fence were struck, possibly by a vehicle mirror. Vehicle was dark in color, possibly black.

12:02 pm: Stray black Labrador Retriever found, Colony Meadows, dog wearing Defiance County tag, took to kennel.

2:35 pm: Semi struck railroad crossing gate, Defiance St. Norfolk Southern railroad crossing; driver reported semi was on the crossing with no train approaching when gate lowered; NS offi- cials advised.

5:15 pm: Theft of landscape lights, 406 Franklin St.

10:08 pm: Warning for disorderly conduct, 200 block Beech St. June 25

6:05 pm: Loose dog, 100 block W. Barre Rd., returned to owner. June 26

4:14 pm: Domestic dispute, East Gardens, settled.

4:31 pm: Loud music, Colony Meadows, advised to turn it down.

Note: During the preceding week, police officers issued verbal warnings for speeding, equipment violation, disobeying a stop sign, driving with a headlight out, stop bar violation, and parking a commercial vehicle in the center lane of S. Defi- ance St.
