7:31 pm: Assault, 200 block S. Defiance St. April 11

1:33 am: Found dog, 200 block Brussel St.

9:25 am: Lawn decorations vandalized, 303 Stamm St.

10:57 am: Possible forgery, Farmers & Merchants State Bank.

5:41 pm: Dog loose, 200 block DeGroff Ave., spoke to owner.

6:33 pm: Domestic dispute, East Gardens. April 12

5:21 pm: Theft, 308 North Pointe Dr.

10:11 pm: Dog complaint, East Gardens, advised to control dog. April 13

8:33 am: Citation to Margaret A. Short, 63, Archbold, for failure to stop for stopped school bus with its lights flashing.

7:37 pm: Drunk subject, East Gardens, subject left prior to officer’s arrival; advised not to return until sober.

9:34 pm: Loud noise, 200 block West St., advised to turn it down. April 14

9:34 am: 911 hang-up call, placed from Defiance County, turned over to dispatch.

11:22 am: 911 hang-up call, child playing with phone.

12:37 pm: Male subject pumped $33 in gasoline at Circle K, drove off without paying.

2:42 pm: A car, driven by Beth Reichart, 45, Archbold, was traveling south on S. Defiance St., and was stopped in traffic about 332 feet south of W. Lugbill Rd. A motorcycle, ridden by Wesley B. Hoffmire, 45, Napoleon, was traveling south on S. Defiance St., behind Reichart. They collided. Hoffmire was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.

8:57 pm: Loud noise, Fox Chase, truck revving engine, advised subject against practice.

10:07 pm: Domestic dispute, W. Park Dr.

10:24 pm: Loud music, 500 block Ditto St., advised subject to turn it down. April 15

1:32 am: Fight, East Gardens, unfounded.

Note: During the preceding week, Archbold police offi cers gave verbal warnings for disobeying a stop sign, speeding, driving with an insecure load, driving without headlights, and illegallydark window tinting.
