Nancy Louise Lumbardo
Nancy Lumbardo Nancy Louise Lumbardo, 52, of Wauseon, passed away Tuesday morning, April 5, 2011, at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland.
She was born Dec. 21, 1958, in New Bern, N.C., to Harold Gene and Janice (Hill) Fruchey.
She married Rodney Lumbardo on March 21, 1981, in Archbold, and he survives.
Nancy graduated from Archbold High School in the Class of 1977, and was previously employed as a hotel clerk. She liked to crochet and make necklaces, and enjoyed social networking on her computer. She attended Oasis Church in Wauseon.
Surviving Nancy is her spouse, Rodney Lumbardo of Hampton, Va.; her mother, Janice Fruchey of New Bern, N.C.; a daughter, Kristina (Chad) Tedder of Hudson, Mich.; a son, Rodney (Emily Resendez) Lumbardo of Liberty Center; two brothers, Harold Fruchey of Colonial Heights, Va., and Keith (Shirley) Fruchey of Archbold; two sisters, Karen (Rosendo Gomez) Pierce of Wauseon, and Amy Stipp of Archbold; one grandson; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gene Fruchey, and her grandparents.
A funeral service for Nancy Lumbardo was held on Saturday, April 9, 2011, at 11 a.m. at the Eagle Funeral Home-Barrett Chapel in Fayette.
Interment will take place at a later date in Pleasant View Union Cemetery in Fayette.
