Two Sentenced

Two men were sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Monday, March 1:

•John Bertram, 46, Delta; previously pleaded guilty to domestic violence; on Oct. 6, 2009, had an altercation with family or household member; sentenced to three years community control; ordered to complete SEARCH program; ordered to pay $25 per month supervision fee, stay out of bars, possess no alcohol, and abide by a 10 pm to 6 am curfew; have no contact with victim unless recommended by probation officer; failure to comply could result in ninemonth prison sentence.

•Gregory Kolbeck, 22, Perrysburg; previously pleaded guilty to possession of heroin; between Aug. 30 and Aug. 31, 2009, had heroin in his possession; sentenced to 180 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, credit for 178 days served, three years community control; ordered to pay $50 monthly supervision fee, $1,500 fine, prosecution costs; have no contact with co-defendants; ordered to complete drug-alcohol counseling; driver license suspended for six months, ordered to stay out of bars, possess no alcohol, seek and maintain employment, abide by a 10 pm to 6 am curfew.
