Bombers Shoot Down Birds In BBC Contest

The Bombers outscored the Birds 30-12 in the second half for a 57-43 victory.

Pettisville fell to 6-7, 4-2 BBC. Edon is 4-9, 2-4 BBC.

Pettisville was down by one, 16-15, at the end of the first quarter. PHS outscored the Bombers 16-11 in the second period for a fourpoint 31-27 lead at the half.

Edon held the Blackbirds to four points in the third while scoring 14 to take a 41-35 lead going into the final quarter. Pettisville managed only eight points in the final quarter while Edon scored 16 for the 57-43 final.

Aaron Bruner led PHS with 10 points. Edon had a trio in double figures, with Zach Hug leading the way with 12 points. Tyler Wells had 11 and Brien Moore, 10.
