Woman Indicted On DUI Charge

Jessica M. Lacey, 31, Archbold, was indicted on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated by the Fulton County grand jury.

Scott A. Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, said Lacey allegedly operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated on or about Dec. 29, 2009.

Lacey was one of 17 persons indicted by the grand jury on Monday, Jan. 25.

Others:

•Ronald D. Wyckhouse, 52, Swanton: indicted on one count failure to register new address and two counts felonious assault; allegedly, on or about Jan. 18, caused physical harm to another by means of a deadly weapon; allegedly failed to register new address with county sheriff in accordance with sex offender laws.

•Roger R. Fair II, 25, Wauseon, and Jordan J. Dominique, 20, Wauseon: each indicted on one count, arson, and one count, possessing criminal tools; on or about Nov. 1, 2009, allegedly caused a fire that created substantial risk of harm to another’s property.

•Jose E. Chapa, Jr., 24, Wauseon: indicted on one count, domestic violence; on or about Jan. 3, allegedly caused physical harm to family or household member.

•Augustine A. Chapa, 22, Wauseon: indicted on one count, domestic violence; on or about Jan. 10, allegedly caused physical harm to family or household member.

•Todd M. Baldwin, 44, Swanton: indicted on one count, illegal cultivation of marijuana, one count, possession of marijuana; on or about Aug. 15, 2009, allegedly cultivated marijuana in an amount equal to or more than 1,000 grams (about 2.2 pounds), but less than 5,000 grams (about 11 pounds).

•Stacey D. Hopson, 32, Toledo: indicted on three counts, trafficking in cocaine; on or about Dec. 26 and Dec. 27, 2006 and March 7, 2007, allegedly sold crack cocaine in various amounts.

•Justin M. Smead, 21, Kendall- ville, Ind.: indicted on one count, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs; on or about Sept. 26, 2009, he allegedly possessed item and chemicals used in making methamphetamine.

•Louis A. Sommers, 62, Irving, Texas: indicted on one count, traffi cking in marijuana, one count, possession of marijuana, five counts, receiving stolen property; on or about Jan. 16, he allegedly transported marijuana in his vehicle, and allegedly received or retained five motor vehicle license plates, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that they were stolen.

•Sara L. Vasko, 22, McClure: indicted on one count, breaking and entering; on or about Dec. 25, 2009, allegedly broke into a Metamora business.

•Joseph E. Molnar, 37, Toledo, indicted on one count, breaking and entering, and one count, possessing criminal tools; on or about Dec. 25, 2009, allegedly broke into a Metamora business, possessing criminal tools for use in the B&E.

•Roger D. Anders, Jr., 41, Swanton: indicted on two counts, receiving stolen property; on or about Dec. 30, 2009, allegedly received a firearm, toolbox, and tools that he knew or had reasonable cause to believe were obtained through the commission of a theft.

•Rodney L. Baranowski, 51, Fayette; indicted on one count, theft; on or about Oct. 1 to Dec. 1, 2009, allegedly stole blank checks from a vehicle parked at a business in Lyons.

•Sean A. Slane, 22, Splendora, Texas: indicted on two counts, nonsupport of dependents; on or about Nov. 1, 2007 through Oct. 31, 2009, allegedly failed to pay child support totaling $5,262.21.

•Andrew T. Hatzer, 29, Wauseon, and Anthony W. Henricks, 24, Wauseon: each indicted on two counts, unauthorized use of computer, cable, or telecommunications property; on or about Dec. 24 to Dec. 29, 2009, the pair allegedly gained access to free cable service.
