2 pm: Found disabled parking placard, returned to owner.

10:30 am: Keys found, Union and West streets, returned to owner.

3:59 pm: Citation to Ted W. Guelde, 55, rural Deshler, for speeding, 700 block E. Lutz Rd.

3:16 pm: Found dog, no tags, put in kennel, dog warden picked up dog.

3:30 pm: Vandalism, 1100 block N. Buehrer St.

Note: During the preceding week, Archbold police officers issued verbal warnings for speeding, failure to dim headlights, driving with a headlight out, no license plate light, failure to drive in marked lanes, and no turn signal.
