Girls Charged In Connection With Marijuana Found At High School

Two Archbold girls, ages 14 and 15, have been charged with juvenile delinquency by way of possession of marijuana in connection with a Sept. 17 incident at the Archbold High School.

On that date, Tim Meister, AHS principal, recovered a small amount of substance suspected to be marijuana on school property.

Police and school officials are not releasing further details.

It is known the material recovered was subjected to a preliminary test, which returned a result positive for marijuana.

Charges were filed against the girls in late September; information about the case was released Monday.
