A man was sentenced for a sexually-related crime in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Monday, Aug. 31.

Jose Gonzales-Arroyo, 32, Delta, entered guilty plea to attempted gross sexual imposition; on May 23, attempted to have sexual contact with a person under the age of 13; ordered to remain in custody at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio until immigration officials deport him; if Gonzales-Arroyo returns to the United States, he must immediately contact his probation officer; sentenced to five years community control, ordered to have no unsupervised contact with minors, have no contact with the victim's family, and comply with all sexual offender registration requirements; he received credit for time served; failure to comply could result in 16-month prison sentence.
