Kristi Swiger and Andrew Wooten Mr. and Mrs. Larry Swiger, Cortland, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kristi Lynn, to Andrew Joseph Wooten, Toledo, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Richardson, Toledo, and Rex Wooten, Columbus.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Lakeview High School. She studied early childhood education and advertising/public relations at Youngstown State University. She is employed with Dr. Jason Rupeka and has accepted a management position with Windsor Fashions, Toledo.

Her fiancé is a 2002 graduate of Pettisville High School and studied criminal justice at Youngstown State University. He is studying psychology at Owens Community College, Toledo, and manages a Russell Speeders location.

The couple will exchange wedding vows in an open ceremony at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009, at Bazetta Christian Church, Cortland.
