Time To Raise Sales Tax
      Fulton County Commissioners have been doing what they can to cut the county general fund budget, but it's not enough. They're considering raising the county sales tax to make ends meet. Of course, there are more drastic things that could be done.

Improve Intersection At St. Rt. 2 - Co. Rd. 22
      Village, township, county, and state officials have a moral obligation to improve safety at the intersection of St. Rt. 2 and Co. Rd. 22. Six teenagers and a 20-year-old were severely injured in a Tuesday night, July 14, collision at the intersection. None were killed, but the potential for loss of life at that intersection is beyond imagination.

Jim Wyse announced Monday he is a candidate for the offi ce of mayor of Archbold. Wyse joins John Grieser, councilman, who was the first to announce his candidacy.
