A Fulton County man has been sent to prison as the result of a sentencing hearing in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Tuesday, June 30.

Sentenced:

Seth D. Bowser, 26, Delta; previously pled guilty to burglary; on Nov. 20, 2008, broke into a Swanton home; on Dec. 1, 2008, broke into second Swanton residence; sentenced to three years in prison consecutive to two-year Lucas County sentence; also pled guilty of receiving stolen property; on Nov. 7, 2008, Bowser received stolen property valued at more than $500, but less than $5,000; sentenced to 10 months in prison, concurrent with burglary sentence, but consecutive to Lucas County sentence.
