Blue Streak Girls Softball

The 14 Gold softball team entertained Ayersville, Thursday, June 23. The Streaks were unable to score the first two innings when they were thrown out at home twice. They got one run across in the third when Caroline Vonier walked and Paige Peterson hit her in.

Archbold (7-0) came alive the next inning, scoring four more runs, and added another in the sixth for a 6-1 victory.

Hanna Allison and Gabby Campos pitched. They held Ayersville to one run on three hits, three walks, and 13 strikeouts. Hitting were Jesse Fidler, Campos, and Dinah Rice, two each; Becca Gerig, Allison, Jessie Walker, Jen Gerken, and Peterson, one each.
