Good Businessmen Keep Car Dealerships Open; It Ain't Easy
      It's extremely good news that the new car dealerships of Christy Motor Sales and Terry Henricks Chrysler-Dodge- Jeep remain open. The manufacturers they represent, General Motors and Chrysler, are struggling in the midst of an economic downturn. Chrysler is in bankruptcy; GM is said to be a heartbeat away.

Changing Rd. 24 Stop Signs Will Prepare Archbold For The Future
      Archbold village officials brought up an important point in a joint meeting with the German Township Trustees, Monday, May 18. The four-way stop signs on Co. Rd. 24 do not meet state requirements for four-way stops. The trustees installed the signs and got away with them for many years, because no one wants to upset someone else's apple cart.
