Herbert H. Rupp, 85, of Ruskin, Fla., went to be with the Lord on Feb. 15, 2009. Herbert was a Retired Commander in the U.S. Navy. He enjoyed traveling and running. He is survived by his loving wife, Eunice. They were married 63 years. More...
