      Jan. 25 12:49 am: Domestic, East Gardens; officers could not determine a primary aggressor, no charges filed, case closed. 4:25 pm: Dog at large, 200 block S. Defiance St., owner picked up dog, advised of village leash law.

Sport Utility Vandalized
      Someone using paint did about $250 damage to a sportutility vehicle owned by Mallorie Vollmer, rural West Unity, while it was parked at Fairlawn Haven, Saturday, Jan. 31. The Archbold police report states paint was applied to the windows, hood, headlights, and other areas, while plastic string covered the vehicle.

License Sticker Stolen From Car
      Santos Ortiz, East Gardens, told Archbold police a license validation sticker was stolen from his car. The sticker is valued at $50, he said. It occurred sometime between 4 pm, Friday, Jan. 30, and 9 am the following day, while the vehicle was parked at East Gardens.

Scam Report
      Kirk Beck, of Beck Insurance, Archbold, told Archbold police officers his firm may have been contacted by a scam artist. Beck told police on Wednesday, Jan. 28, he was contacted by an individual who stated he was from Florida and that he wanted a loan on an insurance policy.

Woman Cited For DUI After Jan. 21 Crash
      Jessica Marie Lacey, 30, rural Archbold, was cited for DUI after a single-vehicle crash on US 20, about 1:56 pm, Wednesday, Jan. 21. The Fulton County Sheriff Department report states Lacey was driving a car north on US20 and was negotiating a left-hand curve about twotenths of a mile north of Co. Rd.
