Woman Indicted For Passing Bad Checks

Kiki Lorann, 32, Toledo, was indicted by the Fulton County Grand Jury on one count each of theft and passing a bad check to an Archbold business.

The grand jury handed down indictments against Lorann and others during a meeting, Monday, Jan. 12.

Scott A. Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, said Lorann allegedly stole $1,700 in cash on May 27, 2008, and then allegedly passed a bad check to an Archbold business on July 30.

Others indicted:

•Justin R. Perdue, 20, Lyons, indicted on two counts felonious assault; allegedly on Dec. 12, 2008, caused serious physical harm to another person.

•Seth D. Bowser, 25, Delta, indicted on three counts burglary, one count each grant theft, attempted grand theft; allegedly on Nov. 20 and Dec. 1, 2008, entered Swanton homes with the purpose to commit theft offenses.

•Tyler R. Waidelich, 22, Wauseon; indicted on one count each safecracking, complicity to commit theft; allegedly on Dec. 12, 2008, aided another in stealing money from a safe.

•Doran L. Whitmire, 45, Delta. indicted on one count theft; allegedly, between July 3 and Oct. 15, 2008, stole money from a Wauseon-area store.

•Charles R. Watson, 48, Fayette; indicted on one count, possession of heroin; allegedly on Nov. 6, 2008, police officers found heroin belonging to Watson.

•Susan L. Miller, 50, Fayette; indicted on one count obstructing justice; on Dec. 13, 2008, allegedly communicated false information to another, with the purpose to hinder the apprehension of a person who committed a felony crime.
