Woman Reports Possible Scam

Jade Poucher, East Gardens, told police Friday, July 18, that recently someone may have attempted to use her as part of a scam.

The Archbold police report said Poucher has been chatting over the Internet with a person from Nigeria for about 10 years.

Recently, the subject asked Poucher if she would accept packages, then ship them on to him.

She recently received two packages.

She told officers she felt the operation was a scam, and said she would return the packages.
