Autos Collide

Julie E. Torres, 21, Archbold, was cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead, after she was involved in an auto accident, about 10:22 pm, Thursday, July 10.

The Fulton County Sheriff Department report said Christopher A. Buehrer, 27, Waterville, was traveling north on St. Rt. 66. Behind him was a car driven by Torres.

Buehrer slowed to miss a group of deer crossing the roadway, and the two cars collided.

The mishap occurred about four-tenths of a mile south of Co. Rd. F. No injuries.
