Pettisville Hires School Cook

The Pettisville School Board voted to offer Chrissy Stuckey, rural Archbold, a one-year contract to serve as a school cook during the 2008-09 school year.

The action came during the board's special meeting, Monday night, July 21.

The position opened after Ida Romero retired.

In the board agenda, Steve Switzer, district superintendent, said Stuckey has work and practical experience in food services, including serving as the opener and food procurer for the Fulton County Cattle Feeders booth at the Fulton County Fair.
