Shorts Celebrate 50th Anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Colenzo Short

Colenzo Short and Joy Hesselschwardt, Fayette, were married on May 30, 1958 at Delaware Bend, Ohio, by William Pieffer, the officiating pastor.

They have four children: Jerry (Linda) Short, Fayette; Jeffrey (Brigid) Short, Cincinnati; Julia (Mark) Schumacher, Amelia, Ohio; and Jon (Judi) Short, Antwerp. They have eight grandchildren.

An open house, given by their children, is Friday, May 30, 4- 7 p.m. at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, Fayette.
