Becky Haines Wins Manager Award

Becky Haines

Becky Haines, manager of the Archbold McDonald's, was recently honored by the corporation, which presented her with the Outstanding Restaurant Manager award.

The award, a nationwide honor, recognizes managers for performance above and beyond average. Up to 10% of the top McDonald's managers in the U.S. are recognized.

The award is based upon achieving superior results in areas from staff turnover to quality service.

Haines started with the company in 1987 as a crewmember, and worked up to manager, overseeing a staff of 50.

She lives in Stryker with her husband and three children.
