Ridgeville Firefighters Tackle Two Barn Fires
      Ridgeville Township firefighters fought two barn fires in less than five days. The first call was at 9:11 pm on Wednesday, April 23, for a fire at the Steve Beck farm, 22-493 St. Rt. 34. The address is east of the Four County Vocational School and the Northwest State Community College.

One Dead After Fire
      Richard Trabbic, 60, died in a fire at his home in Lyons. Lyons Fire Department was called to the fire about 7:30 pm Monday, April 28. Morenci, Mich. and Metamora fire departments provided mutual aid.
