Frank, Shipman, Grisez Honored In Art Show

Makenzie Frank and Anne Grisez, Archbold, and Ricky Shipman, Pettisville, were honored in the Black Swamp Arts Council Best of Fulton County Student Art Show.

Frank received an honorable mention for, Everlasting Fluidity, a charcoal portrait.

Shipman also earned an honorable mention, for his acrylic and mixed media piece, on canvas, Hogwash.

Grisez received an award of excellence for An Unlikely Pair, which was shoes made of coins and pop cans.

The best of show award went to Erica Smith, Wauseon, for her pencil work, Self-Portrait. BSAC and area supporters of the arts will donate $50 to the Wauseon school district art department in her honor.
