Dodgeball For Good Cause

Archbold Middle School students faced off against the teachers Friday, April 11, in a best two out of three dodgeball game, to raise money for the American Cancer Society Fulton County Relay for Life. At left, T.J. Gerken prepares to wing a shot against the teachers, while Hayden Stamm moves into position. At right, Kevin "Scoop" Miller draws a bead against the students. Student teams played to see who would face the teachers, with the Purple Cobras coming out on top. The Cobras were beaten by the teachers last year, but this year, avenged the loss in two straight games. The event raised about $250 for Relay for Life.- photos by David Pugh
