County United Way Providing Assistance To Cancer Patients

United Way of Fulton County is providing some assistance to county cancer victims in the form of financial aid for travel. The Cancer Care Program was recently approved by the UW Board of Directors.

It provides gas reimbursement to those who travel outside of Fulton County for treatment. Mileage reimbursement may also be included and some limited assistance for medical supplies not covered by insurance.
