      Richard Wyse, Archbold, told Archbold Police Friday, March 14, that a cargo trailer, parked at Wyse Motor Repair, 2101 S. Defiance St., was struck by a hit-and-skip driver. The trailer was damaged sometime between 8:30 pm the preceding night, and 6:45 am Friday.
