7:58 am: Citation issued to Michael T. Burton, 30, Bryan, for driving around a stopped school bus with its lights flashing, 1600 block S. Defiance St.

6:49 am: A semi truck, driven by Eric A. Skates, 45, rural Wauseon, owned by Archbold Refuse Service, Archbold, traveling south on Clyde's Way. Due to winds from the west, the mesh cover over the trailer blew up, striking an overhead utility wire. The wire caused Toledo Edison wires on the same pole to arc, and blow fuses.
