Truck Strikes Tree

Jonathan Gigax, 20, rural Archbold, was discharged from the Fulton County Health Center after the pickup truck he was driving struck a tree in the 26000 block of Co. Rd. D about 5:31 pm, Saturday, Jan. 26. Preliminary information from the Fulton County Sheriff Department report states Gigax was driving the truck, which was equipped with a snowplow, west on Co. Rd. D when the vehicle went out of control, went off the left, or south side of the road, and struck a tree. Archbold rescue responded to the crash scene.
