Jan. 20

12:15 pm: A car, driven by Elon H. Eash, 85, Archbold, was backing from a parking place at Circle K, and collided with a parked car owned by Christine L. Minnemeyer, Archbold.

Jan. 21

7:23 am: burglary, 220 E. Williams St.

5:50 pm: Dog loose, 700 block West Barre Rd., advised owner.

Jan. 22

5 pm: Loud music, 800 block West St., advised to turn it down.

Jan. 23

8:41 am: Forgery, Arrow Tru- Line.

Jan. 24

2:56 am: Dogs loose, 900 block Stryker St., contacted owner.

9:49 am: A car, driven by Kelly S. Miller, 20, rural Archbold, was northbound, and stopped in traffic in the right lane of Clyde's Way at the E. Lutz Rd. intersection, with passenger Monte Sayers, 65, Clarion, Pa. A semi truck, driven by Larry G. Wheatley, 68, Lincoln, Neb., owned by Salem Trucking Co, Lincoln, Neb., stopped in the traffic in the left turn lane. The semi made a right turn from the left-turn lane and collided with the Miller auto. Wheatley was cited for violating rules for making a right turn at an intersection.

10:56 am: Citation to Tracey Gericke, 37, rural Archbold, speeding, 400 block Ditto St.

Jan. 25

7:14 am: Pumped gasoline and drove off, Circle K, subject returned and paid.

Jan. 26

8:52 am: Patrick Parsons, 817 West St., Apartment A, reported that sometime between the hours of 6:26 pm the preceding day and 8:45 am, someone had sprayed aerosol plastic string all over his residence and car. No damage

(Note: During the preceding week, Archbold Police officers issued verbal warnings for driving with headlight out, disobeying a no through trucks sign, driving with expired registration, speeding, and having no visible registration.)
