Row Elected Library Board Pres.; Bamonte Joins Board Helen Row was elected president of the Archbold Community Library Board of Trustees at the Monday evening meeting, Jan. 28. Jed Grisez is the new vice-president of the board. Grisez served as board president for several terms while Row was the vice-president. Corrina Miller was elected secretary. John Bamonte was sworn in as a board member. For several years, Bamonte was an Archbold elementary teacher. He and his wife, Virginia, moved to Delta where they were school teachers. John advanced from teaching to become a long-time school administrator at Delta. After retiring, they became Archbold residents. Also present were board members Judi Rupp, Sandy Wyse, and Diane Tinsman. Joyce Klingelsmith, library director, and Laura Hutchison, library clerk-treasurer attended. Paul Kennedy, an attorney, who resides in Archbold and who is seeking the office of Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney spoke about the prosecutor's legal services to county libraries. |
