Man Sentenced

A man was recently sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court. Sentenced was:

•William R. Baker, 31, Lyons; sentenced on one count, aggravated arson; entered no contest plea Jan. 9; sentenced to four years in prison, sentence suspended; placed on community control for four years, the first six months of which to be served at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio; remainder of community control transferred to New York state; defendant to seek assessment by reputable mental health agency, not to consume alcoholic beverage, not to enter bars; originally indicted Nov. 20, 2007, on four counts aggravated arson, one count, domestic violence; three counts of aggravated arson, one count domestic violence dismissed.
