3:39 pm: Citation to Timothy C. Nicely, 44, Defiance, speeding, 100 block Nolan Prkwy.

12:27 pm: Theft, Circle K.

Jan. 9

3:45 pm: Disabled vehicle, 1500 block S. Defiance St., transported subject to Fox Chase.

8:35 pm: A car, owned by Tiffany M. Ohlinger, rural Archbold, was parked in the lot in the Samuel Mancino's parking lot. A pickup truck, driven by Colton J.C. Stringer, 22, rural Archbold, was parked next the Ohlinger auto. As Stringer was backing from the parking space, the pickup struck the side of the car.

8:47 pm: Vandalism, 111 Schlatter St.

3:11 am: Traffic stop, lost truck driver, Jackson St. at S. Lincoln St., escorted truck to Sauder Woodworking Erie Distribution Center.

2:15 pm: Theft, Farmers & Merchants State Bank.

5:58 pm: Citation to Arlan J. Yoder, 41, rural Archbold, speeding, 400 block Vine St.

3:21 pm: Citation to William L. Fricke, 50, rural Wauseon, speeding, 700 block E. Lutz Rd.

11:16 pm: Citation to Trent Yoder, 16, Archbold, speeding, 1000 block S. Defiance St.
