Voter Registration Deadline Feb. 4

Voter registration for the March 4, 2008, Ohio primary election is Monday, Feb. 4.

The Fulton County Board of Elections, 525 North Shoop Ave., Wauseon, can help qualified voters to verify their registration status. Voters may contact the Board of Elections at 419-335-6841 or send a fax to 419-337-2363.

Women who have changed their name by marriage, and persons who have moved to another precinct since they registered or last voted, must report the new information to the Board of Elections.

Anyone who is not registered can register at several locations. Included are the Board of Elections office, a public library, town clerk office, license bureau, high schools, vocational schools, or Board of Mental Retardation Developmental Disabilities office in Wauseon.

All the locations also have forms to change a voter's name or address for their registration.
