Carlton Lemon Carlton Lemon, age 79, of Malinta, died Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 9, 2008, at the Napoleon Lutheran Home. Carlton was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Napoleon and a Fourth Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus, and St. Vincent DePaul Society. He was a Korean War Army Veteran and a member of the American Legion Post 400 in Malinta. He taught agricultural mechanics for the Four County Vocational School, and the Vanguard Vocational School of Fremont. Mr. Lemon was also a District Service Manager for the International Harvester Corp. and was employed for many years at the former L.S. Dunbar Company in Napoleon. He was also the coowner of the Malinta Farm Equipment Company. Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth; two sons, James (Susan) Lemon of Urbana, and John (Paula) Lemon of Angola, Ind.; three daughters, Denise (Gary) Short of Archbold, Susan (Doug) Behnfeldt of Wauseon, and Colleen (David) Manahan of Archbold; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was Monday, Jan. 14 in St. Augustine Catholic Church. Walker Mortuary, Napoleon, was in charge of the arrangements. |
