Parents Announce Jan. 26 Wedding
      Neal and Julie Beck announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Nicole Beck, to Joel David Ruffer, son of Randy and Nancy Ruffer, all of Archbold. The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Archbold High School. She earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Huntington University.
