Look For First Baby Of 2008 Nine days into 2008, the Archbold Buckeye First Baby of the Year still is waiting for a winner. The Buckeye First Baby of 2008 is the first baby of the year born to parents living in the Archbold or Pettisville school districts after midnight, Dec. 31, 2007. The birth may occur at any hospital. Complete rules were in the Dec. 19 and 26, 2007, issues of the Archbold Buckeye. Parents should call the newspaper at 419-445-4466 if their baby is born in the next few days. After verification, the First Baby of 2008 will be featured in the Buckeye, and receive numerous gifts from participating merchants. |
