Dec. Income Tax Collection Up

Archbold municipal income tax collection for December 2007 was up nearly 30%, but it wasn't enough to make up the yearly shortfall.

For the month of December 2007, the tax generated $57,004.91, $12,792.88 ahead of the December 2006 collection, which was $44,212.03. In percentage terms, the difference was about 28.9%.
