Citations Issued

Two local women were cited in mid-December auto mishaps that caused no injuries.

Amanda Davis, 20, Archbold, was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead when her car, carrying Brandon D. Bell, 24, Stryker, rear-ended the minivan ahead, Tuesday, Dec. 18.

The Fulton County Sheriff Department report states the northbound van, driven by Kimberly R. Roth, 32, Archbold, and carrying Logan S. Roth, 8, same address, was stopped in traffic on St. Rt. 66 to let another vehicle turn into a driveway.

The collision occurred around 5:35 pm, one-tenth of a mile north of East Lutz Rd.

An FCSD report states Joyce A. Parsons, 73, rural Stryker, was cited in a one-car incident after she lost control of the minivan she was driving east on US20A, Saturday, Dec. 15.

The Parsons vehicle drove off the right side of the road threetenths of a mile east of Co. Rd. 18-1 into a ditch around 9:52 pm. The report states the roads were snowy.
