Dec. 23

7:46 am: Utility pole down in roadway, 800 block Walnut St., contacted Toledo Edison.

Dec. 24

11:24 am: Traffic stop, speeding, citation issued to Aaron Scott Brown, 28, Archbold, seat belt, 500 block Stryker St.

11:56 am: Citation to Joe Lewis Hernandez, 53, rural Archbold, DUI, driving while under financial responsibility act suspension, and expired temporary tag, 400 block Park St.

6:16 pm: A car, driven by Mary J. Gentit, 82, Stryker, was driving a car north on N. Defiance St., and was stopped for the traffic signal at the Lutz Rd. intersection. A second car, driven by Victor T. Guerrero, 34, rural Napoleon, was traveling north behind the Gentit auto. The two vehicles collided. Guerrero was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

2:41 pm: Traffic stop, warning to subject for riding all-terrain vehicle on roadway.
